So what is a rally?
A Rally is a gathering of Caravan Club Members. Rallies offer an opportunity to enjoy great
weekends away in the spirit of fun and friendship.

It's a complete mixture:Young families with small children, families with teenagers, people
without children, retired people, people on their own, people with their pets be that dogs, eats

Where are rallies held?
Mid-Anglia runs rallies over all four seasons including Christmas & New Year.
We use a variety of venues based in Cambridgeshire and surrounding area .Venues range from
quiet fields to local attractions & events.
Weekends typically run from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. For longer weekends
such holidays and bank holidays, rallies tend to be run further afield.

What happens on a rally?
Rallies offer something for everyone.
Activities on offer range from fishing , walking, cycling , golf, celebrations or just relaxing .
You can take part as much or as little as you want.
Quizzes are often held over the course of the weekend. There is often a social event on the Saturday night, these sometimes include food. The weekend closes with a "flagpole", this is the formal part of the weekend and an opportunity to thank the organizers (marshals), as sharing news and upcoming events.
How much does it cost?
The great thing about rallies is the cost.
Prices obviously vary depending on the venue and programme.
Prices can be as low as £4.0 per night (plus VAT). Social events are optional and prices separately. Rallying on commercial sites is also at a reduced rate.
What facilities are there?
A fresh water tap is available on the rally field, and an elsan waste disposal point. Apart from
the rallies held at commercial sites, no electric hook-up is available. Please don't be deterred.
Modern caravans and motorhomes are also perfectly suited to running entirely with bottled gas and a l2V leisure battery.
How do I find my way to the Rally Field?
Follow the directions given on the website, when you are near to the site you will see our direction signs which is YELLOW with MA RALLY in black lettering on them. When you
enter the site,the Rally Marshal's caravan is usually the first one you will see and is often marked signed - Rally Marshal.
What happens when I arrive?
Stop beside the Rally Marshal's caravan, introduce yourselves and advise them if it is your first rally. The Marshal will give you an envelope containing information about the
programme for the rally, any competitions, tickets for socials or events that may have been arranged, rally plaque (memento of the weekend). Printed on the front of the envelope is the
cost of the rally.
You will then be shown to your pitch, normally marked with a peg. You will be advised where to find the drinking water tap and the elsan disposal point , both should be signed.
How do I book?
It couldn't be easier, use the website to find a rally that interests you the most. From the rally page you can follow the booking link and book on the rally. If you have any questions you can either call the marshals directly, their number can be found on the rally page.
