Inter Centre Fishing Report

A big thank you to Pete & Mary Grey and Mal & Linda Jackson for running this Mid Anglia event. The setting at Home farm is idyllic, coupled with meeting up with so many friends from other centres made for a great time. A short stroll down to the village pub at lunch time or evening is well recommended the food is just excellent.

The beautiful Saffron Walden is only ten minutes down the road and is well worth a visit. Also, for those that like a bit of retail therapy, Braintree Freeport designer village is forty minutes away

The fishing offered two lakes with very good fishing, some honed up on their fishing skills with a little practice in readiness for the big match.

The fishing completion was held on the Saturday it was keenly and enthusiastically entered into by all and it was great to see the Mid Anglia team win with some very big weights being recorded.

Well done the Mid Anglia fishing team.

What a brilliant event this was and left me with some great memories.
