It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Hazel Chapman's peaceful passing last Wednesday.

Our heartfelt condolences and thoughts go out to her husband, Albert, and all of her family during this difficult time.

Hazel's funeral will be held at Bury St Edmunds Crematorium, Risby, IP28 6RR on Tuesday 6th October at 1.30pm.
